According to vegetable scientists, in this process, Bhindi, guar Phali, kumhra, brinjal, tomato, chillies, coriander leaves, methi bhaji and peas can be consumed dry. CM and tiwara bhaji have always been on the peak. So, they can be placed on priority basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The age limit for green vegetables which have been considered to be eligible for drying has been considered up to 6 months. In addition, green vegetables have a moisture content of up to 80 percent. Therefore, after drying, this amount of moisture should be slightly less than 20 percent, so it will be necessary to pay attention to the standard amount of moisture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New market ready<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This announcement by Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel will also benefit the farmers who take vegetable crops the most. This is because the area was unaware of the solar dryer. After getting into the information, such farmers will be able to sell season vegetables, even in the off-season, by taking advantage of the new technology.
